Returns & Refunds

The process for cancellations, returns, shipping damage, and approved refunds.

Original Artwork Sales

Because original artwork is unique, buyers should review titles, dimensions, materials, images, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

A cancellation request must be made before shipment or pickup preparation is completed. Approval is not guaranteed once fulfillment work has begun.

Returns

Returns are reviewed individually. Artwork must not be altered, damaged, displayed in harmful conditions, or returned without written authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from an error by RAWBURTZ, the buyer may be responsible for insured return shipping and safe packaging.

Damaged Shipments

Damage claims require prompt notice and clear photographs of the artwork, all packaging, and the shipping label. Packaging must be retained while the claim is reviewed.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time after a refund is submitted.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping, special handling, custom packaging, and payment-related costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
