These terms govern purchases and use of the RAWBURTZ website.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Artwork is sold as described on its product page. Original works may include intentional texture, variation, marks, surface irregularities, or other characteristics of the artist’s process.

Screen color and brightness may affect how artwork appears online.

Many RAWBURTZ works are one-of-one. Adding an item to a cart does not guarantee ownership. Ownership transfers only after payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Stripe. RAWBURTZ does not directly store complete card information.

Shipping and local-pickup terms are described in the Shipping & Pickup Policy. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns, refunds, damaged shipments, and cancellations are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Purchasing artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction, licensing, merchandising, digital, and derivative-work rights remain with RAWBURTZ unless transferred through a separate written agreement.

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, scrape protected content, or use RAWBURTZ artwork or branding without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAWBURTZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of artwork.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
